Robert Gaumont is Co-Founder, President, and Chief Fiduciary Officer of Coastline Trust Company. With more than four decades of experience, Bob oversees trust and estate administration and advises on complex Family Office matters, an integral part of the Trust Company since 2010. His work centers on guiding families through multi-generational planning and fiduciary oversight.
Bob holds his J.D. from New England School of Law and a B.A. in English from Bridgewater State University. Prior to joining Coastline and its predecessor, he held senior trust officer roles at several major banking institutions.
Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer
Bob Peixoto received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and his Master in Business Administration from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management. He is also a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute Graduate Trust School. He holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Adviser and Accredited Estate Planner® designations. Prior to joining Coastline Trust, Bob was Senior Vice President/ Senior Wealth Management Officer at Bluestone Bank. In this role, he managed the daily operations of the Trust and the Retail Investments and Insurance Departments. He developed and maintained close relationships with clients, their families and other advisers. As the senior member of the relationship team, he was responsible for assuring superior service and identifying opportunities and additional services of benefit to the clients. Bob has also held relationship management positions at US Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management, Bingham Legg Advisers LLC and at Bank of Boston’s International Private Banking Division.
